Founded by Craig Hoover and Jennifer Steele Saunders in the spring of 2001, The Seaside Repertory Theatre is Northwest Florida's premier professional theatre company. In seven seasons, the Rep has built itself into a first-rate regional theatre, attracting some of the finest talent from around the country. With a current full-time staff of two- Craig Hoover and Kevin Boyle and a host of talented theatre professionals and volunteers, the Rep consistently entertains over 25,000 people each year.

Having established an indoor home on the stage of the 75-seat Meeting Hall Theatre in downtown Seadie, Florida, the Rep has never stopped broadening its horizons, adding new programming and new venues in Seaside and beyond to better reach its expanding audience base. In addition to its vigorous live theater in the Meeting Hall Theatre and in outdoor venues along the 30-A corridor, the Rep has added an outdoor film series to its repertoire, showcasing the best of limited release films never before available to Emerald Coast movie-goers.
