In celebration of the grand opening of 30Aguide.com, WIN Multimedia hosted their inaugural “A Business Affair” event on Wednesday, August 20th, 2008, at their new studio in Grayton Beach. The area’s first-ever interactive, multi-media guide for all things 30A, 30Aguide.com is dedicated to marketing and supporting all businesses on Hwy 30A by promoting area communities through next generation interactive media and new age marketing strategies.

Over 250 guests attended the event that featured live entertainment from local musical talents such as Hubba Hubba, Blue Lew, Cody Copeland and Alice Bargeron. Light fare and refreshments in the form of “tastings” were served from participating area restaurants.

“We were absolutely thrilled by the turnout we received at the event,” said Deanie Mang, CEO and founder of WIN Multimedia and 30Aguide.com.

“The purpose of hosting our first ‘A Business Affair’ event was to introduce the community to what 30AGuide.com is all about while also providing a venue for local businesses to participate in and represent what they do best. We’re very much looking forward to making it an annual event.”

Exclusive prizes donated from participating merchants of the 30A business community were raffled off at the event with proceeds benefiting the Path of Grace Home in Freeport and the Seaside Neighborhood School.

Special guests at the event included: Mary Beth Barrows, a representative for U.S. Senator Mel Martinez; Janice Huff, Senior VP of First American Exchange; and Dawn Moliterno, President/CEO of the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce.

“The Walton Area Chamber of Commerce has worked with the team at 30AGuide.com on several projects and are always amazed at their talent and genuine desire to support business along a critical corridor in our county,” said Dawn Moliterno, President/CEO of Walton Area Chamber of Commerce. “We are excited that not only did they choose Walton County to locate their business, but they are diligently working to give back to the community in many ways such as creating the annual business showcase called ‘A Business Affair.’”

Serving as a main portal site to keeping the public informed and connected to all things 30A and its surrounding communities, 30Aguide.com features innovative design and ease of operation enhanced with professional video streaming and original content. The interactive website will showcase regular content from the 30Aguide.com media team for the purpose of providing updated, valuable information.

“Our mission is to provide an entirely new media forum that showcases the many wonderful people, businesses and communities that share in the immense pride and community spirit that define this 18-mile stretch of coastal road,” added Mang.
